Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be current with Texas licensure

  • Must have at least two years experience working in the schools.

  • Must be responsive, receptive, efficient with time and scheduling

  • Must have a growth mind set

  • Must practice ethical and evidence based practices

  • Must be creative and innovative

  • Must have collaborative and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement IEP goals for speech services as stated in students’ IEP.

  • Follow ARD documentation plans

  • Collect data and document therapy sessions accordingly with professional practice standards

  • Maintain and uphold all confidentiality records/information

  • Attend any required staff meetings or trainings as needed

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned
