Hummingbird Speech Services provides support in the areas of McAllen, Mission, and Edinburg.

We currently do not accept any insurance. However, we can provide a Super bill with services rendered and price for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Private pay has many advantages. There is no waiting period for approval from insurance. We as a team set up the frequency and duration that is conducive for the client and family. We are not bound to standardized assessment, which are very static. Finally, private pay gives us flexibility on our plan of treatment. We can make adjustments when and where we see fit. Please contact us to discuss this further.

At the client’s home, online, or a public setting that is conducive for our session, such as a library or park.

While Hummingbird Speech Services understand that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancellations or no shows. We ask that you adhere with our cancellation policy and provide advance notification for any cancellations resulting from a conflicting appointment, vacation, obligations from work or family, or any other event of at least 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. Advance notices are kindly appreciated.

We serve clients from 2 years old to adulthood. Services include early intervention therapy, language therapy post stroke, and stuttering for children and adults. These are just a few examples of how we can help across the age spectrum.
